Returns Policy

Our returns policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We gladly accept returns, provided the item is returned in its original condition. You need to contact JACT Auto Security within 14 days, and you then have an additional 14 days to return the goods at the buyer's expense.

Please note that cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled installation will incur a £100.00 cancellation fee. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth experience, which includes easy returns and reliable installation services.

All products offered are wired into the car of their choice, and a refund will be offered within 14 days of they are not completely satisfied with the product. As per the returns policy, re-attendance will be necessary to remove the hardwired item, and a £50 removal fee will apply.
